    note from the
    "Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal"
    . Undated, it was issued in 1974.
    It pictures King
    Birendra Bir Bikram Shahi Deva
    of Nepal in a military uniform. He became King in January of 1972 and reigned until 2001 when he and almost his entire family were killed in a massacre by his son the Crown Prince, who then shot himself.
