Based in Fraser, MI, a suburb of Detroit, Superlite Cars builds a number of cars, including the Superlite SL-C, Superlite LMP, and the Superlite Nemesis. Developed by a group of dedicated engineers, designers, and craftsmen, the Superlite SL-C is a fresh clean sheet modern platform that was infused with state of the art technology, helping make it an easy to build and drive machine. Every panel possesses Class-A finishes, doors fit right out of the mold, and the chassis is the stiffest on the market with immaculate TIG welds. Each aspect of the chassis has been developed with the best engineering lens in mind, with custom aluminum suspension arms and uprights that are CNC machined in-house, double adjustable aluminum shocks that are race derived, and other mechanical components that ensure outstanding performance.
This particular example is finished in Mexico blue, a non-metallic light/medium blue by Porsche on satin black HRE wheels, with a dark grey and blue accented alcantara interior while featuring gloss carbon fiber Technocraft fixed seats. The drivetrain package has been developed by Heffner Performance, featuring the company's favorite 5.2L V10 engine found in both the Audi R8 and the Lamborghini Gallardo/Huracan that is fully built coupled with twin turbos while running a Syvecs engine management system, producing approximately 1100bhp on pump 93oct.
