Replica going for sale is a one owner car from Fiberfab/CMC, this kit was ordered and built in the early 1980’s. The owner and several other professional entities helped him with the assembly of this beautiful MGTD replica. One of the assemblers was the Allison corporation in Daytona beach Florida known for their Four passenger Dunebuggy. The drivetrain is a Chevy Chevette 1.6 liter OHC engine producing approximately 80 hp mated to 5speed manual transmission, rear straight axle (3.36 ratio),14” powder coated wire wheels, chrome front and rear bumpers, matching spare tire, rear luggage rack, chrome radiator grill, real wood dashboard with gauges. New battery. Drives wonderfully, turn key and go. Old fashioned car horn. Exterior color is Primrose ( a soft Yellow) ,interior is a combination of tan Pho leather seats and soft brown loop carpeting. Car is very fun to drive with the chevy drivetrain. Much lower weight then the stock Chevette makes for quick acceleration and performance. The owners have Always kept the car indoors, only water that has touched this car was from a bucket while being washed.
