Crosby Celebrity Golf Tournament pin flag
Not only is he one of the NBA's most powerful agents, David Falk is also a pretty good golfer. Falk and his partner, actor Don Murray, won the Crosby Celebrity Golf Tournament, a charity event held at Bermuda Run Country Club in Advance, N.C., June 1-3.
Falk and Murray, who led from the start, shot 57-62-64 -- 183 in the best ball tournament to win by three strokes.
Former NHL star Rod Gilbert and Ron Gburek were second with a 30-under-par 186. Washington Redskins Coach Marty Schottenheimer and Tom Dwyer finished at 20-under 196.
The tournament was started 60 years ago by Bing Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., and has been continued by his widow, Kathryn, in North Carolina.
