    Description

    Antique Austrian German 19th Century Snuff Box. Solid 800 silver, with 94 grams or 3.3 oz. Hallmark is RL or LR. Jeweled snuff box with a stunning carved mother of pearl cameo of a kissing cherub with a beveled shell panel background. Exceptional ornate reposse border set with 34 cabochons of natural lapis lazuli stones with tiny gold specks. It is framed with a finely hand-worked or fancy-chased gold reposse border. The top face of the box is made of natural substance. Tight hinge, 3" or 7/8 cm long. 1.3 cm thick. Asking 675.00. Insured shipping will be included.
