    I wrap all items carefully and they should arrive safely. If your item is damaged during the mailing process and if there is a USPS Insurance Claim the buyer will need to take the broken/damaged item and wrapping (box and/or packing) to your local post office, obtain form PS 3831 and obtain their signature on the form. Please text or email me a copy of this form along with pictures of the damaged item and I will file the claim. If you prefer to file the claim yourself that is fine with me also.  USPS now insists on seeing the damaged item and the wrapping before they will settle the claim. Sorry for this inconvenience but this is their rules and we have no control over them.
