    Item is an original 7-1/4 in. wide x 10-1/2 in. high letterhead sheet of the Ben Hogan Company in Fort Worth, Texas.  This sheet bears the imprint of Chairman of the Board, Ben Hogan, and the two-time Masters Tournament champion has signed it at upper center.  A nice one.
    The sheet has some tiny diagonal folds at the lower left corner below the company address.
