by artisans known as “Kagzis”. This name is derived from the Urdu word ‘Kavas’, that means paper. In the 16th century, Raja Man Singh, the ruler of Ambar, settled the Kagzi in Sanganer on the banks of Saraswati river where clear water was easily available. Thus, this city emerged as one of North India’s largest paper producing centers. The size of this community in has decreased in the last few years. There is a small area of ‘Kagzi’ in Sanganer near Jaipur, where a section of this community had settled thousands of years ago.

Most orders will be delivered within 7 days. If a product will take longer than 7 days to be delivered it will be indicated in the product description.

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your Wanderings gear. Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days depending on your location. Please note that due to eBay's policy, we can only ship to your eBay's registered shipping address.

We make leather products with the finest leather at the highest standard. Our collections represent many months of research and product testing. As long as we're around (and we're hoping to be around quite a while...with a second generation "in training" now) we will take care of the products we make and the customers we've been fortunate enough to earn.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you find any defect/fault/damaged part(s) in the product, we will gladly offer an exchange of the same product or refund the cost. Claims for damages must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you can send it back to us for a refund within
30-days from the day the goods are received.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (so please include your order number in any correspondence).
