Features a Handpainted ARMORIAL DESIGN featuring a gold crown, shield and floral designs. Appearing on all surfaces. High glaze finish. Rough edges where a possible brass metal mount once existed (photo). Hallmarked appropriately on underside of base (photo) - LILLE 1763. Bright white base. Clean. VERY GOOD, preowned, used condition.
