This can be used on most 13" slow speed machines (
the NP-9200 clutch plate DOES NOT fit ALL machines!
).  This Union Mix Brush retails for over .00 with the Clutch Plate.  The mixture of Palmyra & White Tampico fibers is ideal for hard surface scrubbing/polishing applications (i.e. "Raised Disc" Rubber Tile; Marble; Linoleum/Vinyl Tile).
