MINT 19TH C. GERMAN BLACK LACQUER & GOLD LETTERS SNUFF BOX

Description

This is a mint beautiful lacquered deluxe snuff box, with the monogram of A and F entwined on the cover...which I believe are made of gold.  The metal plate states, Zur Gold Hochzeit, which I think translates to something like "for the golden hour/time".  The box measures 4 1/4" L 2" D x 1 3/8" H.  The inside lid bottom has in red lettering a monogram which might be the maker of the box.  This is high quality.  It weighs a bit over 4 oz.  Check out my OTHER ITEMS/EBAY STORE.
