    Description

    Maker marked old leather batwing chaps. These are in pretty good shape for their age and use, have a concho missing on each side, pocket gone on one leg, small hole, tear on the inside of one leg, should be able to see in photos, but want the buyer to know that these are the real deal and well used in their time. Maker is Fred Mueller, Denver, Colorado. Fred was born in St. Louis in the 1860's to a saddle and harness making family. His shop was opened in Denver in 1891, and sold the shop to his employees in 1917. Fred died in 1924.
