old LEATHER BATWING COWBOY CHAPS w CONCHOS -worn on the range- antique

antique Western cowboy leather chaps -- 'Batwing' style that wrap around the legs and fasten with clips to rings
-- both have 3 star conchos: probably nickel plated steel -- each chap measures app. 25 by 37 in. -- from the estate of a local muleskinner who ran packing trips into the wilds of Eastern Oregon --

used with wear: two edge straps on one side are missing and one on the other -also one missing clip  / the long belt strap is about to break loose and needs replacing -- a few of the conchos are a bit rusty --  the thick padded belt part is a bit stiff but seems it could be worked in - the main leather is fairly supple and seems highly usable
