    Gorgeous hot pink with a brown on top rhodochrosite from Argentina, If your looking to cut a nice batch of  beads or cabochons or polish one up for a specimen the color in this material will amaze you and it takes a very fine finish. This one has some great bright pink layers and appears to be very solid and will produce a number of nice slabs. There are some visible saw marks on the bottom and they extract this material out of the mine with diamond blades on a flex shaft.  Again a nice solid rough chunk.    Pictures taken wet   Good luck bidding.
