Not damaged due to improper installation;
Not missing parts, hardware or instructions during installation.
We will issue a refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in the cases where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part, or you may need to afford the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
