    Description

    Papier mache' snuffbox, probably English, circa early 19th Century.
    The black laquer snuffbox has a hand painted scene on the front, depicting two figures approaching a large house.  Nice vivid colors of yellow, green, blue, red and brown.
    Good condition, with some nicks to the painting, as shown.
    Measures about 2 7/8" diameter by 5/8" thick.
