Model:  25424RE1
System worked flawlessly up until it was taken out of service in the fall of 2020.

Battery compartment cover has gone missing in the move, and therefore, is not included.  Phone will operate without the cover, and batteries will stay in place without the cover.
Power cord, 2 phone cables, and the original box are included.
Box will be brown paper wrapped prior to shipping.
