An Antique "Troutdale In The Pines" Hotel and Resort, dated 1923, Welcome Letter Opening & Brochure from Evergreen Colorado. Signed by Manager "Ray H. Thompson" (Stamped, NOT Real Signature). Good pre-owned condition, with folds, no writing, slight yellowing from age and storage, and light tears (about 1" each) along edge of folds. Measures 11" x 8 1/2", and folds up to 8 1/2" x 3 3/4". A neat little bit of history.
