    Description

    This listing features two (2) non-cut specimens of picture jasper originating from the Owyhee Mountains of Eastern Oregon! The larger vein segment showing blue skies and tan desert landscape originates from the East side of Succor Creek near Graveyard Point. Craig's Gulch, high in the Owyhee Mountains and near Leslie Gulch and the Southern portion of the Owyhee Reservoir, holds several known jasper deposits and the green landscape, canyon scene jasper chunk originates from this gulch. Both specimens will cut several slabs of quality picture jasper! The specimens are photographed wet except for the last two pictures which show the specimens dry. The jasper chunks weigh 6 pounds 13.2 ounces together. Individually they weigh and measure 1.) 4 pounds 7.7oz, 166mm by 140mm by 102mm 2.) 2 pounds 5.5oz, 114mm by 91mm by 101mm. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
