A brightly colored note with excellent details contributing to the gem status received! Strong embossing, full crispness, and solid margins! Black serial number on the front side. King Birendra Bir Bikram wearing plumed crown at left,Vishnu on Garnda at center. Antelopes at center, arms at right on the reverse side. Plumed crown as watermark. Serial number 24mm long. Gyanendra, in full Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, last monarch (2001–08) of Nepal, who ascended to the throne after the assassination of King Birendra (reigned 1972–2001) and the subsequent suicide of Crown Prince Dipendra, who had committed the murder.
