This is a Wicca, Pagan, Witch's Health Help kit. The kit uses a healing spell jar and includes 7 candle to burn through out the week to build strength with the intentions of your spell craft. The kit also includes Tar water and moon water to use as your liquid base inside your jar and you can always add a little bit of honey or sugar as well to sweeten your intentions. There is also a jar of black salt for you to scatter in the four corners of your house and at the threshold of your doors to amplify the protection of your home as you do your work. I find this is helpful to create a safe and clean environment for your spells as well as you and your loved ones. There is an herbal blend that is to be added to the jar as well as a bag of stones and crystals to be added to the jar as amplifiers and strengthen your magic. There is also a small wooden block with a rune of protection.  I suggest you place it somewhere in your bedroom to offer additional protection while you sleep. There is also a healing stone spell bottle to be worn or hung above where you sleep.
1.) An herbal blend to promote healing, protection and good health.  blend includes:
- spearmint leaf for healing strength and promoting good sleep.
- white oak bark for healing, health, protection.
- Rose hey are one of the most common ingredients in spells. The magical properties of rose include love, luck, friendship, protection, good health and happiness.
- Cinnamon is known for protection, healing, luck, lust, strength and prosperity.
- Lavender  has a calming and healing effect.
- Chamomile helps with sleep, tranquility and is great for calming chaotic and negative energy.
- blessed thistle for a spiritual Aid and protection.
- valerian root for protection purification and promoting healthy sleep as well as other health benefits.
-Horehound for exorcism ,healing, increasing mental powers and protection.
- St John's Wort for health promotion protection strength and happiness.
- uva ursi to increase the power of your spell crafts.
- yarrow to increase the power of your spell craft promote courage and Divination as well as protection and health promotion.  This is a powerful herb for spell craft and helps to enhance the other herbs in your blends.

- as well as some of the previous described herbal blends and sea salt for protection.
3.) Tar water for protection. Tar water is an ancient medieval tool that is still used today because of his strength and potency. Sprinkle a little bit of this around your house and use the remainder in your spells jar.
4.) Black salt is another ancient tool used to create a barrier protection and to dispel negativity. Place a small amount of that and your jar as well and then use the rest of it and the four corners of your home and by the door thresholds of your house. It is used in banishment, protection, and spells to combat evil and negativity.
5.) Rune of protection. The Rune is "Algiz, Rune of Life." It is used for protection and is burned into a small painted wooden block with a wood burning tool.
6.) 7 candles. You will burnt 1 candle once a day in this order and why:
- start with your black candle. The burning of black candles is done when one wants to neutralize negative energies. The color black offers protection from illness, evil and the negative energy cast upon you from outside forces. The black candle is also burned to harness the healing energy of the universe.
- second and third burn blue candles. The color blue is for health and healing. It also promotes calm and tranquility.
- fourth you will burn the pink candle to amplify your loving intentions for either yourself or your loved one you are healing.
- fifth and sixth you will return to the Blue candles again to promote health and healing.
- and on the seventh day you will burn the white candle to seal the intentions of your jar with purity, wisdom and unity.
So you will assemble your jar, while speaking your intentions as you put the tar water, moon water, a picture of you or your loved one with your goals or intentions written on the back of the picture, add the herbal and stone blend bags to your jar, and add a little honey if you have any available to sweeten your intentions. Sugar is also an option if you do not have honey. Place the lid on the jar and Shake it to mix together everything inside of it. Make sure the jar is full to the top and if you need to add a little bit of regular water to achieve that, that is okay. You want to make sure that the picture is fully submerged in the mixture.  And you will drip a little bit of Wax from your candle onto the metal lid and then stick the candle in it to secure it there for burning. Burn one candle a day while speaking your healing intentions out loud and watch the candle burn. Repeat this for 7 days and then place the jar in a safe spot.
