Rose petals are a mild sedative, and  rose petals and lavender can help with falling asleep. The sachet of rose petals and lavender can be placed in your pillow case to help with trouble falling asleep.  The rose and citrus bath salts can be added to bath water for an uplifting, invigorating,  stress relieving bath that can help lessen feelings of depression and anxiety.   Rosewater, in addition to its many health benefit for your skin, can be sprinkled on clothing to provide protection. My Rose water facial mist, uses moon water as its base, which I make monthly with the full moon cycle to insure potency.
Citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, and tangerines have powerful, health-promoting properties.
They can also be incorporated into a nature-focused spiritual practice, since they aid in cleansing, renewal, and healing.
